If you're interested in getting tattooed, first off thank you for your interest in my work. Please fill out the form below with your contact information and a description of what you want to get tattooed. Please specify if you'd like to pick out of my book of designs or if you'd like something custom. 

A deposit of 60-100 dollars is required to make an appointment that comes off the final price of the tattoo. All deposits are non-refundable and are only transferable with 24-hour notice of rescheduling. Without 24 hours notice the deposit will be taken.
